That's pretty much the question right there.  I haven't found any
rental services that deal out Mercedes in Columbus.

Try your local MB dealer through www.mbusa.com. Normally dealers have
loaner cars that they rent out, if you already have a Merc and drop it
for service. Maybe they can make an exception and rent you one
directly. Good luck
