I heard this song on the radio (99.1, WHFS, Baltimore) maybe about ten years ago, and it has amused me ever since. What in the world is it? A SNIPPET OF LYRICS: I'm a drifter My pants are parched and thirsty No-one can tell me what to do It's a male singer, very gravelly, like a parody of Tom Waits. Anyone? Anyone? |

I couldn't find your song. But if the singer's voice resembled Tom Waits, it might have been Greg Brown, who has a similar deep, growly voice. |

I just noticed your username. Love it! "Johnny Adjective" would make a great movie title. Thanks for the smile. |
