"Grand Master Sheng-yen Lu" is likely to be one in the top five...

"Grand Master Yap Cheng Hai is regarded by many as the top Feng Shui
exponent in the world today. Besides a handful of Chinese-speaking
peers such as Grand Master Sheng-yen Lu, there are hardly any Masters
today who share the same stature and standing as Grand Master Yap."

Grand Master Lu and Grand Master Yap are among the top and both have
the same spiritual master although their Feng Shui masters differ.
Grand Master Yap is known much more in the South Seas area and is not
as well known in Taiwan and Hong Kong. His teaching in English has
however gained him much more widespread popularity in the West, most
notably because of the efforts of his marketeer (ex) aide Joey Yap.

Grand Master Lau Kai Chi of Hong Kong is a spiritual student of Grand
Master Lu. In Feng Shui he is considered one of the greatest, a
heavyweight amongst heavyweights. He only teaches in Chinese.

Grand Master Pak Hok Ming of Hong Kong is also extremely well known in
the Chinese community and much of the Feng Shui knowledge in the West
that has not come from Grand Master Yap can be traced to him and his
many books in Chinese on the subject. He occassionally teaches in
English.

Grand Master Lu also told me of a hermit like master in Malaysia, an
old man who does not want to be troubled by the outside world for his
knowledge of Feng Shui, therefore I refrain from posting his name and
whereabouts. Grand Master Lu said that this man had devoted his life
to the study of Feng Shui and that he knew more of it's intricacies
than he himself.

There are many other well respected Feng Shui masters in the Chinese
community who are active in Hong Kong, Taiwan and elsewhere but are
never heard of in the West due to the language barrier. Generally
speaking, they are far too well off to worry about promoting
themselves and have no burning desire to share their secrets.
