happened to give birth in the United States of America particularly in
Orange County, California and New York City which has no medical
insurance, in private and public hospitals.

There isn't any way to accurately answer the question without knowing
what type of hospital you are speaking of (private hospital, teaching
hospital, etc.), how many days were spent in the hospital, whether
emergency services were required, and complications that may have
occurred, etc.  As only a very crude estimate, a vaginal delivery can
range anywhere from $3000 to $6000 and a cesarean perhaps between
$10,000 and $20,000 according to a few message boards on pregnancy I
visited.
