Would you mind using upperove in a sentence?  A little context would be helpful.

I wish to use it as the name of a company and seek to insure that it
does not have a "bad" meaning when used or translated into one of the
major foreign languages.  Thanks

Answer: No. A Google search for the term upperove returned 0 results,
a very reliable indicative that the word does not exist in the world's
major languages.
