Hi

As Flash is format designed for Internet, we can only talk about
percentage of Internet users who are able to play Flash video.
According to the newest data available on Macromedia (developer of
Flash - http://www.macromedia.com ) site more than 95% of worldwide
Internet users are able to play Flash video (in December 2004).
Currently, it's safe to assume that user who have Flash installed will
be able to play FLV Flash Video, because great majority of Flash users
have newest version of Flash Player installed in their systems (Flash
Player version 6 and up can play this type of content).
