Hi Good example would be Robert Korzeniowski from Poland. Please Google his name and read about his wins. I don't have enough written material to build full answer, but I can assure you that this athlete worked by writing goals and creating accurate plans - I watched many TV reviews with him. After last Olympic Games he retired and now hi is working as boss of sports in Polish Public TV (TVP). Best Regards, Andrzej |

I found a good link to the article about Robert Korzeniowski, which describes his methodology - http://www.time.com/time/europe/magazine/article/0,13005,901040531-641107,00.html . I just need to add, that he trained using bio-feedback equipment, so after many hours on trainings, he exactly knew how would his body work. This (R. Korzeniowski work) is good example, that establishing goals connected with good plan & detailed information about own abilities can lead to great success. |
