Could you find for me a short list of restaurants and bars that sound good (would be fun for a group of 7, 25-30 year old MBA students) in the gulf shores and fort morgan area in Alabama? |

I am not aware of any restaurants in the Fort Morgan area, other than the one in the Beach Club, that are open at this time. Not all of the businesses are open in Gulf Shores, especially those on the Beach Blvd., and not all will be reopening. For a listing of Dining & Nightlife businesses in the area pre-Hurricane Ivan go here: http://www.gulf-shores.net/alabama-gulf-shores-restaurants-nightlife.htm. Re: "restaurants and bars that sound good (would be fun for a group of 7, 25-30 year old MBA students)" - Try Lulu's (just over the Intercoastal bridge on the right), they have food & live music 'til 10; there is also a new pub/club across from City Hall on Clubhouse Dr. called the Undertow and the Gulf Shores Bistro & Bakery is next door for dining. Do a search under Google "Local" for Gulf Shores Bistro & Bakery to get directions. There are a couple of places in Orange Beach that also have good food and music, Live Bait on Hwy. 180 (Beach Blvd.) & Lester's on Hwy. 182 (Canal Rd.). Terry Bray Webmaster - www.gulf-shores.net |
