Hi, We are a domain name / registration service. We want to add a customer support ticket system to our site. Can someone recommend a selection and identify the features. We are looking for a) Reasonable price b) On going support with updates etc. c) Needs to run on Linux d) Ability for customers to log, sales, technical, accounts query e) E-mails customer once a reponse is logged f) Parse back in customers replies to an e-mails g) Usual sort of admin access, so sales access sales, admin the whole thing Thanks Clare |
