Hi lizette,
Congratulations on the pregnancy! I would like to recommend that you
show this product(or take the list of ingredients) to your
obstetrician before using it.
I looked up their website, and on the following page it shows the
cream you mention. While it may be due to an unexact translation, they
say "this prescription is really unique....". It probably is NOT a
prescription creme, but it could be in the country where you live.
While I have never heard of any over the counter creams or lotions
being banned for use by pregnant women, I am not a medical doctor.
Your health care provider should be your primary source of information
as to whether or not you use this product.

The company's home page is here, and has an e-mail address that you
and/or your doctor could contact for the product's complete list of
ingredients and whether the company has run any studies on the
product's use on pregnant women.

The site does say the Extra Pearl Cream is made of oil of orchids, and
while that MAY be safe, I can't find on the site, the rest of the
ingredients. The page below lists more ingredients for a similar
product, Aloe Extra Pearl Cream, and lists the ingredients as natural
aloe, vitamin E, and placentol.

The most commonly used ingredient in skin lightening creams is
hydroquinone, and it's safety in pregnant women has not been
established. Read a bit about it here:

In summary, your best course of action is to find a complete list of
ingredients of the product in question, and let your doctor decide if
it is safe for you.
