I need to find a driver that will make the "Belkin F5U003 Serial to
USB Adapter" work in Mac OSX. I have found the driver for OS9 and do
not want that. I know there are programmers that can change a driver
to make it work in OSX or change an OSX Serial to USB Adapter driver
to the Belkin F5U003, I just don't know where to find  someone. 

The Vendor ID for the Adapter is F5U003-MAC. The product ID is 20614450.
