I am looking for a FREE link to the Restatement Second of the Law of
Contracts. I have searched many sites and have been unsuccessful in
finding such a link. PLEASE NOTE: I am not offering much money, so I
will be 100% satisfied with only the link as your answer. I am a HUGE
fan of Google Answers and I know the meticulous detail that the
researchers take when giving answers, but please don't spend your
valuable time giving more than I really need. Again...I will be 100%
pleased with just the link as your final answer.
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

I doubt that there is a free online source for the Restatement Second
of Contracts, because it is a copyrighted publication of the American
Law Insitute, which makes it available for purchase:

http://www.ali.org/ali/contract.htm

The Uniform Commercial Code, on the other hand, has been enacted by
statute in states across the country and is thus freely available
online from various governmental sources.

I did see it for sale on the ALI website, but I didn't realize that it
was a copyrighted work. Thank you so much for your time.
