I am currently looking to start a web hosting company to complement my
computer support company.  I would like someone to write a business
plan for this company.  I need all the key information like potential,
marketing, limiting factors ect. As well take into account reseller
accounts.  Assume that we will use Sw-Softs HSP Complete, Virtuozzo
server, and plesk for the Hosting software and that we are going to
use coloquest.com as the hosting provider.  Want to hit 5000 customers
within the first six months.

I think you're going to have to 'clarify' a LOT of details if you want an answer!

No problem,  As far as your research goes I want 

1) Evaluation of current potential for hosting plan
2) Evaluation of limiting factors
3) How to Market to reach 5000 customers by six months

In the business plan you don't have to tell me what software I am
going to use to manage the hosting business (I am going to use
SwSoft's HSP Complete and Virtuozzo server) Nor do you need to tell me
where to place my servers since I am going to place them at Coloquest.

Thus I need the marketing section of a business plan put together for me.
