One thing, as you will notice Google has "intelligent" advertising. If
you look at the ads on this page you will see they offer company
formations. You want one of those... though i suggest doing a google
search for more.

You'll need a UK address that will be your registered head office. -
You can postal addresses on a monthly basis or possibly just get a PO
Box number.

This doesn't explain it... but i'm no researcher. ;)

Javi078,
I don't know where you live, but your "Good evening" at 8:02 PST
suggests that it is somewhere in Europe. I think you mean "wager", a
bet. Wage is a word for salary, regular income paid for work.
Under recent European Union ("EU") regulations, one can now establish
a company in another EU country. I don't know the formalities, but
that also seems relavent to your question.

So you want a betting site?

Then simple... set up a website in you country as you'll be more
familiar with the laws and have a .com or .co.uk website and promote
it in the uk.
