I am looking for the latest data on the usage level of toll free and
toll numbers in the U.S.  More specifically, I am looking for 800 and
900 number usage by category, for example: how many people (or calls)
used 800 numbers to ask for directions, doctor (or dentist or lawyer)
referrals, or any type of information search?  Can I also get the same
for 900 numbers?

I managed to locate a consulting firm that does this type of research,
but they sell those reports for $4,000.  I only have a very limited
budget (under $100).  Please advise.
