It was Minard instead of Menard. Best Educated Guess (slightly conflicting information) and I did not personally look at the reference. Minard, D., & Copman, L. (1963). Elevation of body temperatures in disease. In Hardy, JD, editor. Temperature: Its Measurement and Control in Science and Industry - Vol.3, Pt.3: Biology and Medicine (pp. 253-273), New York: Reinhold (Publishing Corp). There is another article that might contain similar information. Ann N Y Acad Sci. 1964 Oct 9;121:12-25. ELEVATION OF BODY TEMPERATURE IN HEALTH. MINARD D, COPMAN L, DASLER AR.
