I am attempting to obtain a photo of Vasili Arkhipov the soviet
Submarine Officer who blocked the order to launch nuclear torpedoes
during the Cuban  Missile Crisis. This fact was refered to in Noam
Chomsky's book Hegemony or Survival, Chapter 4 pg.74.

I whole love to have a photo of this guy on my wall.
