Which easily attainble liquid substance is the most deadly to germs,
virus and fungus while still being safe for skin contact?  It needs to
be able to be applied by aerosol.  It needs to be able to kill all the
germs instantly or within 5-15 seconds.

How will you be using this disinfectant? Is it for countertops? To
disinfect a patient room? Instruments? Will it be applied to skin, or
are you concerend for casual skin contact?

By aerosol, do you mean a spray on disinfectant, as an aerosolized
can, or spray bottle with no propellant?

This disinfectant must be used on porcelin, plastic and metals for
general surface sterilization, while not irritating or causes harmful
side effects from contact.  It must be able to be used in an
aerosolized can, with propellant.
