Hello:

I have been searching the DLL file is missing AEIWLIOC.DLL and is not
from a Microsoft product.

DLL Files in Microsoft Products
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp&SD=MSDN&FR=0

I have also searched for that file on several file search services and
there's no information about it. To know which program tries to load
that DLL, you can use a program like this:

Grep for Windows
http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/grep.html

Grep for Windows Download
http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/grep20d_win.zip

Start your computer in MS-DOS mode, you can do it by pressing F8
during startup and choosing the right option from the menu, and use a
command like this:

grep -S "AEIWLIOC" C:\*.*

To look for any file which contains that DLL, you can also try with
AEIWLIOC in lowercase. You say that you installed Windows 2000 over
Windows XP so this could be a driver problem, maybe Windows 2000 is
trying to use Windows XP drivers. If everything fails, I think you
will need to reinstall the entire system.

I hope it helps, and don't forget you can ask for any clarification
you want to solve your problem. I'm here to help you.

Regards.
