What are the statistics regarding the percentage of visitors to a
retail Internet website (selling refurbished computers for example)
who purchase something from that website?

these numbers would be site specific and you would need to contact the
site directly to obtain them.  higher traffic sites would undoubtably
have higher sales then a lower traffic site.
