We're setting up an affiliate program and would like to make it
electronic if at all possible.  I've signed up for Amazon's in the
past and don't ever recall faxing in a W-9 form.  I believe that I
just gave Amazon my SS#, address, etc. and that was all they needed to
issue me a 1099 form at the end of the year.  I'm guessing the same
might be true with Google AdSense.  Does anyone have an idea of how
these companies operate in this regard and how they avoid receiving
all of this information faxed to them from their thousands of
affiliates?
