We would like to launch our own beer brand (In the UK only), but don?t know how.

We have a product that fits the demographic of most beer drinkers
perfectly. It is ideally suited to being promoted on the sides of a
can of beer.

We are so confident of the additional revenue stream this ?on-can?
advertising could generate, that we could potentially subsidise the
cost of the beer to the consumer.

We have already produced the design and art work we would like printed on the cans.

We feel we need to find a business partner to help us, but are unsure
of the best way to proceed. Would it be best to have an arrangement
with :-

1.	A specialist product launch company or consultant
2.	A Brewery
3.	A Wholesale distributor
4.	A Retail chain
5.	Any other possibilities you can suggest

Having made that decision. What is the best way of finding a list of
potential business partners, and how should we approach them.

What are the traps and pitfalls of bringing a product like this to
market. What tips for success can you suggest.

I don't think any brewer with any brand worth 2 cents would want a
third party product on their can or bottle unless its a joint promo or
something. It is most unlikely any of the big brewers would but try one
of the independent Contract brewers who brew and package smaller
brands for individual Companies who find it not viable to set up
their own brewery. One of these large Contract brewers handles 200
different brands...they may put you in touch with these brand owners
who may consider your idea
