What (nutritional) supplements are known to help lower blood sugar in
type 2 diabetics?

I did a little research and found a site that gave a little
information on what types of food/herbs are good for Diabetes.



Some herbs that have been known to aid diabetic suffers include;

Gymnema : Reduces the effect on the pancreases cells, Raises insulin
