Hi there, Aren't these gadgets great! Most likely you do not have the correct version of "Windows Media Player for Pocket PC" installed. Version 7.1 (the curent version) will allow you to play .asf movies on you mobile device. You can download the latest version from the microsoft website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/pocket.asp Pocket PC Magazine is a good source for all sorts of information on your pocket PC. They have an article on "Enjoying Video on Your Pocket or Handheld PC" have a look for more information: http://www.pocketpcmag.com/May01/video.stm I hope this solves your problems! Grtz, dms-ga | |

Often, these devices use an obscure CODEC. Without the CODEC installed, you will not see a picture. Same thing happened to me with with the movies created by my digital camera. Once I installed the CODEC, all was fine. I hope that points you in the right direction. |
