Need a list of emails and addresses of all (or at least as many as
possible) Hawaiian car rental points.
Not the major ones (like info@dollar.com or similar) but all the final
rental places.
You may have to make inquiries or call to find that out.

a subjective  assessment determine which ones are major or minor
companies.

Would a simple listing of car rental companies (as many as we can
find) in Hawaii be enough as an answer?

Hawaii with their location addresses. However, not all posted their
email address.

"final" means the phisical place where they have and rent vehicles, it
means not the major one like info@dollar.com which might have ~10
rental places there. i need exactly those 10 or whatever rental
places.

I don't believe your question has any possible answer.  Most car
rental agencies do not make reservations or deal expensively with
customers themselves.  If you call a local branch of Hertz,
Enterprise, or one of the other big agencies they transfer you to a
national / international reservation center.  For this reason they do
not have a need to interact with their customers via any medium other
than telephone.  Most local agencies will not have email addresses.
