I need a service to provide onsite executive level support anywhere in
the world.   This service must meet the following requirements:

Speak english well
understand networking concepts (VPN, Routing)(ccna cert would be nice)
Understand MS operating platform.  Office suite 
Understand local access methods (local gprs, umts, dns, ip settings)
Dress code.  As an executive level service, you must look sharp
Provide worldwide coverage.  The ability to provide onsite executive service.
Minimal contract fees.  Pricing must be framed around a pay-for-use
concept.   ie... pay a minimal amount per year, and a very large sum
when the service is needed.

question will be answered when a company has been idtentified that can
provide this onsite executive level worldwide service that meets the
above needs.

Remote Desktop is not an option.  Onsite support is required.  I would
consider a solution that covered all of general europe.

I would be interested in knowing what "world wide" means.... Do you
mean 5 countries?   The Jungles of Kenya?

IBM, Microsoft, Dell, and a number of other companies have worldwide
support for their products, but you are asking for general tech
support which would rule out any Hardware or Software vendor.

Accenture, Deloitte and Touche etc all have global services, but again
will not touch a tiny contract like this, further, you would need to
contract with each office individually for service.

I have been in IT working with multi-national companies for 10 years
and I do not believe that a service as described exists.

Please excuse the seperate posts, but my above post was based on the
assumption that you are looking for on site service.  You also might
like into things like remote desktop sharing where a staff in a small
office could remotely take over your computer to work on it, but this
would require a second hardware vendor to manage that aspect.

I have those abilities,skills, and qualities, and can be had for a
fee, as a consultant, and can fly worldwide, within a day.  Are you
looking for something like this?
