I'm looking for one-on-one mentoring (perferably face to face in or around Reston VA) to teach me how to program in C++ by helping me write a small midi sequencer. I am not looking for a class, I want a one-on-one experience. I have the needed software. I have a degree in computer science but have not written a full program since college. I know programming basics and write small scripts daily at work. |

Yeah, and he wanted to make a "small midi sequencer"... Yeah.. $5 wins you a hello world. Less than minimum wage. Just kidding. I bet he wants someone to find out where he can find a tutor. The question is worth $5 rather than it being a direct solicitation... I hope. Go to your local university and ask the computer science department. I bet they'll have someone to set you up with. If not, try a c++ forum or a programmers chat. You may be able to get lessons online. Kinda risky. Finding someone in your area online is difficult. |

Hello You can find lots of resources on internet to get your self into the practice of c++ and you can find extensive links to the C++ resources at http://www.go4expert.com/forums/showthread.php?t=107 Also if you want me to help you in C++ programming I can only do that via email or Messengers as I am in India and face to face will not be possible for me. If you wish to contact me the information is available on the url mentioned above. Thanks Shabbir Bhimani |
