Yes I do have a suggestion... it really helps to have a problem explained fully. Assumptions: 1) You're printing envelopes with Tools->Envelopes and Labels, in Word 2) You have installed the printer properly. Installed the correct drivers and the printer shows up correctly under Printers & Faxes folder. Possible Cause: Word does not know the orientation and justification of the envelope. Possible Solution: 1) Goto Tools->Envelopes and Labels 2) Click Options Button 3) Select Printing Options Tab 4) Select an alternate Feed Method, or go through them all until the problem is fixed. For example, try the first option, which is feeding the envelope on it's width, left justified, or other options. It really depends on your printer, and how you insert the envelope.
