Ive been having  few problems in bed for the past year or so.    When
i get aroused one or both of my testicles gets VERY sore and it hurts
even more when i cum, to the point that i cant enjoy it, but its worse
to not finish.   the sperm seems chunky so is this why it hurts?  it
reminds me of drinking a milkshake and getting a chunk of strawberry
stuck in the straw.  i really have to push to force the sperm out.

Buck up and go to the doctor.  If you don't have the money call your parents!

I would go with the advice to consult your doctor. A problem I once
had was an infected testicle and it was very sore, so you'd better
check to see if yours is that problem or not. Otherwise, you may be
doing ejaculations too often for your age or health condition, and
thus your testicle is overworked. Still, the doctor is the best person
to say what the problem really is.
