Can you clarify the question. Are seeking information on old velvet
whikey or is it whisky? Do you wish to buy some?

Looking at your previous questions, you mention the distributors being
Rosskama and Gerstley. The only references I have to them is with
respect to two warehouses being built for them in Philadelphia in 1907
http://www.philadelphiabuildings.org/pab/app/ar_display_projects.cfm?ArchitectId=A0043
and also a court case brought by the company in the same year against
some creditors: http://laws.lp.findlaw.com/getcase/US/204/489.html

Otherwise, I have found only one reference to the whiskey itself, but
this is only to a picture of a miniature bottle, which is being
offered for sale at $10 http://www.minivodkaguy.com/E-Bay_2.html
Contact details for the seller are on the home page
http://www.minivodkaguy.com/ Perhaps he might know more, or at least
be able to tell you the distiller. The picture is not large enough to
show sufficient detail of the writing on the label.
