The manufacturer's name is Choon Nang Electrical Appliance Mfy, Ltd.
located in China.  I apologize for the mis-spelling.

I was able to find this company's corporate website. The challenge was
that they list themselves as "Choonnang" (all one word). The URL of
their current website is:

However, much of their website is listed as "under construction"...

Their corporate profile page lists the following facts:

Year Established: 1968
Location: Plant in China, headquarters in Hong Kong
Managing Directors: Mr. Sam Fong, Mr. Bill Fong 
Brand Names: Robust is their own brand name, but they also manufacture
OEM equipment for other companies/brands.
Sales: US$30 million / year
Employees: 560 (550 in factory, 10 in office)
