I am looking for a list of the top producing (at least 15-20) local,
regional, or national commercial banks financing residential
condominium developments in the southeast U.S. If possible, the
results should be geared toward the Florida "Panhandle" region (Panama
City Beach, FL and surrounding areas).

Examples would be Corus Bank, Lasalle Bank, Key Bank, Wachovia, etc.

Why are you asking this? Are you looking to build condos in the area?

Contact the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.  You may not get the info
on condo loans but may get multi-family resid loans.
