I found a list of 44 mortgage brokers in LA.  A typical listing looks like this:

A link would be nice but there has got to be hundreds, maybe
thousands, of mortgage brokers in Los Angeles. To claify more I need
it to be for Los Angeles County.

Calif. Dept of Real Estate has the best available list online. What
you need is a list of Mortgage Companies to search the database with.
If a "Broker" works for a lender who lends only their funds they do
not have to be licensed so they would not be on the site. Search by
just "mortgage" to get started as part of a name works and play
around. Its your best source unless you purchase one. Each broker has
a listing of all licensed people working for him with their mailing
address linked to their record.

I own a mortgage marketing company (www.wayoutmarketing.com) and I
frequently conduct marketing campaigns aimed at mortgage brokers. I
purchase my mailing lists through Info USA or other list management
companies.  I buy lists of realtors from them when I do direct mail
campaigns for mortgage brokers and I buy lists of mortgage brokers for
my own marketing.  if all you need is basic name and address, they are
very inexpensive.  The price increases as the number of fields you
want goes up.  But it is a cost effective way to get a complete list.
