I live in Japan but sometimes i still live in Indonesia and I have
business partnet in US, so I want to call him, but if use Japan sim
card when im in indonesia its too expencive and if use indonesia sim
card, you know very expencive, so please tell me what international
sim card that can use in Indonesia to make local call and
International call and can activate in Indonesia.

I'm Indonesian, and according to my understanding, you cannot have
just one answer to all your problems. Instead, you can have one answer
for each of your problem:
- Buy a local CDMA-based card for the lowest rate of mobile phone
conversation (e.g. Esia, Telkom Flexi, or StarOne). The availability
of this service may vary among the cities in Indonesia, but if you
intend to stay in Jakarta, all of them are available easily.
- Buy a specific international calling card which enables you to make
international phone call, including to the US. It's quite cheap, I
believe. As far as I know it's around US$ 0.08/minute. These cards are
available in the local telecommunication shops which are available in
any 1 km radius.
