Hello superjason-ga,
I have been researching your question, and have some inquires in on
different types of shot glasses from overseas suppliers as far as
pricing. They have a multitude of designs suitable for home bars such
as New Your Taxi, Tropical (large and small), holiday, and underwater
designs. I also have a price request in for three different kinds of
LED flashing shot gasses as well from an overseas supplier.
I have also found a supplier that does
State Maps, State Name, Nat'l. Parks, Wildlife, Dog and Cat, Farm
Animals, Novelty, Adult, Sport, Musical, Balloon, Casino/Gaming,
Fraternal, Transportation, Auto, Train & Train Logo, Airplane,
Western, United States, Canadian, Irish, Mexican, Polish and
Confederate designs.
These are for .40 cents per glass as well, and they sell the display
racks and glasses together for a discount on the glasses as well, I
believe it is six Dz. free.
I have also found a supplier that will do a set of 576 shot glasses
personalized with your own decal (preferably camera ready), which is
two of each glass in 288 names. This works out to 1.75 per glass,
which, as I am finding, is the going rate for personalized shot
glasses. You can also purchase a display rack for $95.00 and you would
have an artwork set up charge between $30-55.00, which may be waived
with a larger order than just 2 glasses of each name. I know it is a
bit pricier than you requested, but the customer service was
outstanding, and they are great looking glasses. ( I really recommend
this supplier)
Also, a set of plastic shot glasses, in Point of Purchase displays
with slogans such as ?Let?s Party? and ?Bottoms up? that are also
flashing with replaceable batteries for $1.00 per glass with any order
of more than 24 glasses. You may get them to go lower with a higher
volume order?
Let me know what appeals to you, what does not, and once I hear back
from the suppliers and you, I will post an answer (hopefully) that
meets your needs. Let me know if we can go a bit higher in price as
well, because I could find a lot more options if you were willing to
go to $1.50 to $2.00 per glass. I know it seems steep, but you can
retail them with a 75% to 100% markup, and still be reasonably priced
for a novelty shot glass, but make a decent profit.
Let me know how you feel about this, and I will keep working on it. As
always, until the question is answered, any other researcher may also
answer this question.
