Where is Charles Allen Colston.  He was in Houston.  I don't know if
he is still in Houston.  I have heard he moved to Wichita, Kansas.

Charles Allen Colston is on parole from Texas, he has skipped and is a
fugitive with a warrant for his arrest, there is also a warrant out of
Pasadena, Texa for him for breaking into his brother's business and
stealing over $10,000.00 in merchandise.  He is a known drug user,
preference is cocaine, but will use anything he has the money for.  He
has a wife, Melissa Clark Colston, in Humble, Texas, who is also a
drug user.  He has her name tattooed on the back of his neck, she has
Colston tattooed on the back of her neck.
