You have been ripped off! The main argument you will hear is "you got
the money, now pay it back!". You need to do some research to find out
how they did it. I know the answer to the riddle. If you do get any
help, don't trust an attorney, unless they are honest. Believe it or
not, there are some attorneys who not only know what's right, they are
helping the American people secretly in this covert war. It's a lot of
work, but it can be done. The reason you won't find too much info on
the subject of the banks losing in court is that the cases are sealed,
so you won't see much at all. It's easy to tell someone like you, who
knows nothing of the scam "since you took out a loan, no laws have
been broken". Horse crap! It's whats in the bank bookeeping entries,
the ledger that shows the truth of the matter. Even most lower level
bank employees know nothing of this arrangement, but it's been going
on for decades. Don't approach the bank with your accusation; they can
foreclose on you right away! That website that opened your eyes is one
that can help you. There is at least one that can help you for free!
It's very educational. Another one cost $$ to join, but it's highly
effective. Just don't get any ideas that you can just get out of bank
loans. They have more time and more money to donate "contributions" to
any judge around and most judges will accept "contributions" if you
know what I mean. Even if you win, the banks will influence Congress
so no one else can win. Then the country will be enslaved to the
banking scam. Your final tip. The Form of what occured makes it seem
like you got something as a loan, but remember, the substance of what
the truth is; that the note you signed is your property, and anything
happening with it without your say so is a felony. If they don't show
you the original, unaltered document, and bookeeping entry to match
what they really did, then you have grounds for going after them. Even
with an attorney, you have to do a lot of work. By the way, this
Google website is controlled mostly by banks so don't expect much
help. Continue your search on another search engine and the floodgates
of knowledge and the real truth of what happened to you will open.
Don't worry about contacting F.B.I., the banks can influence them
quite heavily if they don't already control them. if your not a
fighter, forget it, you will lose. If you don't wnat to educate
yourself more than reading introductory pages on various websites, you
will lose. I know, I started this way and got laughed at big time,
until the Federal Reserve Bank itself told me through their own
publications what happened. Go to another seach engine and email me.
You are now just waking up. Have a nice day. |
