As for method of shipment from Lafayette to Indiana, I've not been
able to find any definitive information yet, but have found clues that
Subaru uses both train and truck to deliver new vehicles within the
U.S. (and border towns in Canada). Perhaps another researcher can find
more definitive information for shipping to the Seattle area and post
as a comment (to collect the tip).
