Is there such a thing as a DOD certification for cryptography? If a
software application such as an email system or an email archiving
system uses cryptography, can it be certified by the DoD? What is the
process, timeframe, resource requirements (people, fees, & other
resources) involved in applying for, testing against, and receiving
Department of Defense certification for such a product?
