Hi 
 I need Fortran Source code to find cartesian Coordinates of GPS
Satellite by reading SP3 Format(Orbit Format) of the File. I am
looking for  trnfsp3.f file from this link
http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/gps-toolbox/trnfsp3.htm, But FTP is not
connecting.

It worked for me.  Perhaps it was down for a while.  I suggest you try
again and if that doesn't work, use some alternative FTP tool.
