Hi! I'm in Arizona. What can I do (where can I go) to have a driver licence?

I hope the INS (or whatever the heck they call themselves) seizes the
records of GA, finds you and deports you.  You have already broken the
laws of the U.S. by being here.  You give legal immigrants a bad rap. 
Why should you be granted the privilege of driving?

Actually, there are currently eleven states that issue Driver's
Licenses to illegal aliens.
