Hello, I'm the owner of RentACoder.com.

A job was recently posted on the RentACoder website for the following.

"Top five products in terms of market share for each software solutions below:

1. Help desk software
2. Drawing management software
3. Network infrastructure software (Asset Management)

a. What company? Internet address
b. Name of product?
c. Approximate market share?
d. Cost of product?
e. Software only or Services & Software solution?
f. What makes them capture market share? (e.g. Unique selling position)"

Google answers...please IGNORE A-F (I don't want or need an answer to
that level of detail).
Instead, please simply tell me what are the answers for JUST 1-3. The
answer should be a list like:

1) Help desksoftware
	#1: Company a
	#2: Company b
	etc.
2) Drawing management software
	#1: Company c
	#2: Company d
	etc.

Other:

1) Please provide me the answers for both the SME (Small to Medium
enterprise market) and the large company market.
2) Please indicate exactly how you researched this (i.e. what means
and resources did you use)?

Thanks very much!

Hello...what do I need to get an answer to this question? If I need
to raise the price because it's too low, I will, but please let me
know.

Thanks.
