I?m looking for a key satisfaction criteria?s, classified by service
category (e.g. doctor, lawyer, baby-sitter, carpenter, restaurants,
constructors, architects, psychologists, teachers).

The classification should encompass professional services and other
service oriented industries.

Each service category shouldn?t be of more than 4-5 criteria
variables, where each one has a predefined set of possible results to
select from.

For example, for restaurants the data should be like:

1) Food creteria: Device, Surprising, Expected, Disappointing
2) Service creteria: Amateur, Fine, Professional, Spoiling
3) Design: Yappy, Good taste, High-tech/cold, warm
