Go to whomever you paid and ask them to point your domain to the IP
your host designated to you. It should take one or two days to update.

You should first ensure that the company you bought the domain from
has the domain name servers for your hosting company listed on your
domain name.

Was this is confirmed ask your hosting company to update their zone
file to reflect the fact that you have a domain name hosted on their
servers.

Once this is complete it can take up to 48 hours for the rest of the
world to update their servers to ensure we all see the same thing.

Best of Luck

Your hosting company should provide you with 2 nameservers adrresses.
Then you have to set them at your register company account or ask the
domain register to do it. in 24-48 ours your site should be on.

best wishes

Andre,

This is copied and psted form the "whois" info on your domain name:

   Record expires on 15-Sep-2007
   Record created on 16-Sep-1998
   Database last updated on 30-Jun-2004

Domain servers in listed order: Manage DNS

   NS.HISPEED.NET 64.39.235.12
   NS3.HISPEED.NET 209.145.61.250

http://hispeed.net/index.html is your web host company. But, 2
things usually happen, if you uploaded your webpage;
1. make sure it is in the "www" folder or sometimes called "doc" or
"public_html" or html" folder - otherwise no one will see it.
2. be sure it is called index.html or index.htm or index.asp or
index.php and delete any existing index in the folder so yours is
default.

If not hese then contact your web host...
