I need to use a reference (magazine, journal, book) in my report that
states that RF (radio frequency) courses are not common in
universities ... or that there's a lack in RF courses ...

Would a quote like this one help:
[In an interview with a leading figure in communication education, he says:
"about 15 years ago radio frequency courses were crowded out of the
schools by the computer sciences. There has been a lack of relevant
radio frequency education within the curriculum"

I could provide you with the complete source, but would like to know
if this would do.

Hi,

That's the sort of what I need, but I don't need it to be stated
before 15 years ... I want it to say that there's a lack in RF courses
in universities... I would like it to be said sometime lately (2000
and up)...

Thanks;
