where can i find CURRENT information on Wabi Buddies?  They are teddy
bears through which parents can call and leave messages or stories for
children.  The company that made them is Wabi, Inc.  Their site used
to be either www.wabi.com or www.wabiland.com but now both sites are
dead.  The CEO or exec/ inventor was mark bradlee. What is going on? 
i wanted to do market research on them for a
class I am in.

Their web site may be down, but they're still shown as active on the
Californian corporations database. This is/was their number: 925 275
9224. I can't call it, I'm in the UK. Must admit though, looking at
news articles on the company, it's all gone very quite.

yes i've already found that number, and it is disconnected.  is there
no way to find out if they were bought out or collapsed?

Wabi, Inc. went out of business after one of our major investors
passed away suddenly.  The IP is still owned by the trust of the major
investor.  At this time nothing has happened with the IP or the idea.
