American airlines only makes money when their planes are in the air.
So, one would assume that 1 of their aircraft would depart (and
therefore arrive) at least once every day.

Try asking such a question in planespottery places like www.airliners.net.

However, I am not aware of any public source of this kind of
information. A lot of planespotters collect complete records of every
plane that lands and takes off at their airport (you can, for example,
buy monthly magazines at Heathrow that list all movements), but I do
not believe anyone traces the movements of an individual aircraft
across the world. As the aircraft in question is a Boeing 757, I would
imagine it would do at least 4-5 movements a day. You are asking for
up to 150 details...
