Solutions to office market over-supply.
I want to look at How countries have solved the over-supply of office
developments particularly look at London and Hong Kong. In Ireland
solutions have been to change the building type or one a long term
solution it is to change the land-use of the land.

office market oversupply. what leads to oversupply. Japan and London
have both suffered from office market oversupply. How have countries
dealt with oversupply and how have they found solutions to office
oversupply posssible answers could be to change the landuse fro manybe
offices to residential or to slow down development
