Please provide websites of 5 diffrent web hosts that sell packages
with these minimum specs. It must be a package, not a custom quote.

1. Server must be dedicated with root access
2. Must have a  Gigabit Ethernet port
3. Provide >= 800GB Month of Internet Transfer
4. Dual Processors
5. >= 1GB Ram
6. < $500 / Month

You should check out webhostingtalk.com. The forums there are
frequented by many in the industry. There's even a request forum you
can post your specs to and usually many will respond. You can also
easily search the forums to check for horror stories and the
occassional praise for a particular host...

I just know of one gigabit speed hosting company, Union Datacom. They
are like a carrier, but they do servers too.
