Hello Rainbow - while those are good directories, they will not get us
the list we need.  We're looking for health-related companies (ex:
Kaiser Permanente, Weight Watchers, etc.) that have clients with which
they would like to communicate.  The larger companies are better since
they have sizeable marketing budgets.  Hopefully that helps!

Inside each category is two headings the first being a complete list
of public and private.
The second list being publicly traded companies only.  
Unfortunately I can not think of anyway to sort private companies by size.
The publicly traded companies are sorted in the order of largest to
smallest based on market cap (double check).
(I'm oversimplifying a bit due to things like stock options, etc., 
but that is very generally speaking the total 'purchase price' the
stock market puts on the entire company)
